Moreover, the tentacles are quite "strong" and can resist the knife, so you have to tinker with them. But as those who have tried it say, the dish has a rather pleasant aroma and taste.

In this form, the product is left for 2-3 weeks, where it is fermented (in simple words, rots). After that, the heads are taken out, crushed, the result is a kind of sauce with a very fetid aroma.

Moreover, today it is customary to cook it in autumn or winter, because such a soup perfectly helps to endure the cold season.
The main component of the dish is beef legs, which are boiled in the beginning for 8-1 hours, then herbs and spices are added there. It is customary to use khash in the morning, but in the evenings it is difficult to find it on the menu, and you should not use it at night, because such a product is rather hard to digest.

Rice serves as a side dish.
Some visitors may ask that the cobra's blood be drained into a vessel, where it is mixed with whiskey to create an unusual drink.

Where does so much baby urine come from? In Chinese schools, you can find special containers for collecting this liquid, which at the end of the day is collected in a vat, taken to restaurants, where dishes are already prepared.
