"Lazy fur coat" is a delicious appetizer that is perfect for celebrating any occasion. Everyone will like it, and there is no hassle with cooking, everything is quite easy and simple.

For the recipe we need the ingredients that we usually use for the "Fur Coat". But this version of the appetizer turns out to be original, unusual for us. We fill the halves of the eggs with vegetables and put a piece of herring on top.

The appearance of the dish will allow you to easily serve it on a festive table, even on New Year's. I don’t know, friends, like you, but I like such snacks very much, because traditional salads are a little boring. Therefore, we will experiment!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Beets - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Herring - 300 g
  • Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare everything according to the list. So that the whole cooking process does not take much time, you will need to boil all the vegetables and eggs in advance.

Cook chicken eggs for ten minutes, then cool and clean. Each must be cut in half. We remove the yolks, and put the whites to the side.

Mash the yolks well with a fork. Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater. Add shavings to the yolks.

It is also better to grate boiled potatoes on a fine grater. Then add it to the carrots.

Finely chop the onion. You can marinate in vinegar or leave it that way. Then toss a handful of onions to the vegetables.

Three boiled beets finely and finely and add to a bowl - that's it, the base is ready.
