Cutlets with rice and minced meat

If you love cutlets and don't know how else you can cook them deliciously, try this recipe. Rice cutlets from ready-made minced meat are very juicy, satisfying and tasty.

You can serve them as an independent dish with a slice of the freshest bread, you just have to prepare a salad of fresh vegetables. In summer, when it is very hot and you don't really want to eat, such cutlets are especially relevant, you can just have a hearty snack with them.

Ingredients:

Minced pork - 350 g

Round rice - 80 g

Onions - 40 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Buy ready-made minced meat of good quality and a trusted manufacturer. Peel the onion, wash under running water, dry.

2. Rinse the rice several times, put it in a cauldron or stewpan, fill it with clean water 1.5 centimeters above the cereal. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat under the lid until cooked and the water completely boils away. Cool the cooked rice.

3. Cut the onions into small cubes. Heat unscented refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion slices in it, fry for 3 minutes, until soft and slightly golden brown, cool.

4. Put the cooled onion and rice into a convenient deep bowl, put the minced pork, salt to taste, pepper, add a large chicken egg. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Use wet hands to form the patties to the desired size and shape, and place them in the remaining heated oil in a large skillet. Fry over medium heat until cooked on both sides. Minutes of 4 seconds each will be enough.

6. Put the finished cutlets on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Minced rice cutlets are ready. Very tasty, soft and satisfying. Serve for family dinner.
