Hello everyone! I propose to cook a gorgeous potato pie "Dranik". Such a cake can be served for lunch, dinner, give a child to school or a husband to work, and if you treat guests, they will definitely appreciate it and ask for a recipe!

- 7-8 pcs Eggs
- 160-180 gr Milk
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 tooth Garlic
- 80 gr Hard cheese
- 80-100 gr Sausage (sausages, boiled meat)
- 130 gr. Frozen vegetables
Steps
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Squeeze the liquid out of the potatoes using a clean towel or gauze folded in several layers. Add 2 eggs, salt and a few chopped garlic cloves to it. Mix well.
Spread the potatoes on the bottom and sides of the mold in a more or less even layer, having previously covered it with parchment paper. Send to the oven preheated to 180 * C for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling. 80 gr. grate hard cheese. Chop 2 smoked sausages thinly. Break 5 large eggs into a bowl, if the eggs are small, you can add 6-7 pcs., Pour 180 ml. milk. Stir with a whisk.
Pour in grated cheese, sausages and frozen vegetables, after defrosting them, salt and mix. You can experiment with fillings by adding what you like or vice versa, excluding unsuitable products.
Take the base out of the oven, pour the prepared mass and send it back to the oven, preheated to 180 * C for 40-50 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven, as well as on the size of the form, if you take a larger form diameter, the height of the sides will be lower, respectively, the filling will not be such a thick layer and will be baked faster.
Cool the finished pie until warm and can be served.
