Potato pancakes with minced meat in a pan

Draniki with minced meat is my family's favorite dish, and this is not surprising. Crispy potato pancakes with fried minced meat combined with sour cream are incredibly tasty.

Such potato pancakes are served as an independent dish with a salad of fresh vegetables or with homemade pickles - in my opinion, just the perfect flavor combination.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 600 g

Minced pork - 200 g

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Peel potatoes and onions, wash them under running water, and dry them with paper towels.

2. Heat some unscented refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry finely diced onion in it until slightly golden brown.

3. Add minced pork and fry with onion until tender. Stir occasionally with a spatula, separating the meat lumps. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pan from the stove and cool.

4. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, be sure to squeeze the water out of it, then put it in a deep and convenient bowl.

5. Add the contents of a skillet and a chicken egg to the potatoes. Stir the minced meat thoroughly on the pancakes, it should be viscous, if not, add another egg.

6. Season a little more with salt and pepper to taste, then start cooking potato pancakes.

7. Heat unscented refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put in it over a full dining room spoon potato mass with minced meat and fry on low heat on both sides until tender and golden brown. Turn over from time to time to ensure even browning. Do not forget to put the finished potato pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

8. Serve hot potato wizards with minced meat.
