Turkey fillet with mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Today I propose to cook a turkey with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Its meat turns out to be very tender and juicy, saturated with cream and mushroom aroma, and a small amount of garlic adds a piquant note.

This version of the dish is perfect with mashed potatoes or buckwheat porridge. If you wish, you can add a little spice during cooking, a pinch of turmeric and curry, a little paprika, you can also throw in a pinch of dry ground mushrooms - the fillet will be even more aromatic.

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet - 300 g

Champignons - 150 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Salt, pepper - to taste

Cream 10% - 150 ml

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Butter - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose fresh turkey fillet, also take mushrooms and a medium-sized onion, a clove of garlic.

2. Rinse the fillet under running water and dry with kitchen paper towels. Cut into small pieces. If there is film and streaks on the meat, remove them with a sharp knife.

3. Wash the champignons well, dry, if they are small, leave them whole, and cut the larger mushrooms in half.

4. Peel the onion, rinse, dry and cut into strips. The number of onions can be increased as desired.

5. Prepare the pan - pour in one spoonful of vegetable and butter, warm it up. Transfer the pieces of turkey there, fry until golden brown.

6. Next, add the slices of onion to the pieces of rosy turkey, add the mushrooms. Transfer the pan to the fire, fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are browned.

7. Pour cream into the pan, if desired, take more fatty ones than indicated in the recipe. Pour in a little salt, season everything with ground pepper. Cover with a lid and put on a small fire - simmer the mushrooms and turkey for 10 minutes, at the end add the garlic skipped on the press.

8. That's all, put the finished dish on plates and serve.
