Salad with boiled chicken breast and canned corn - easy to prepare, high in calories, tasty and juicy. Chicken fillet - 150 g

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Canned corn - 5 tbsp

Egg - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 20 g

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list.

2. Wash the chicken breast, boil it in slightly salted water for no longer than 15 minutes. If desired, you can add bay leaves to the broth for flavor and peppercorns to taste. You can also cook the breast in a grill pan, with which the salad will also turn out to be very tasty and healthy.

3. Boil the egg no longer than 8 minutes after boiling the water, cool in cold water, peel it.

4. Wash the cucumber under running water and dry. Cut it into small cubes, place in a comfortable deep bowl, add the sliced ​​breast. By the way, you can add pickled or barrel cucumber to this salad.

5. Pour canned corn and finely grated hard cheese into a bowl.

6. Chop the boiled chicken egg in any way convenient for you, add to the salad.

7. Season with salt and pepper, season with your favorite mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.

8. Use a serving ring to place the salad on a platter, garnish with fresh herbs and serve. It can also be served in a large platter without serving.
