Pizza with yeast dough in the oven

This leavened dough pizza base goes well with any filling. According to the original recipe, the salt must be sea salt and must be coarsely crystalline, the oil must be olive. But, if necessary, use fine salt, and replace the oil with any lean one.

The more thoroughly you knead the dough with yeast, the easier it is to stretch the cake, even by hand without a rolling pin, the better its taste and structure.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Flour - 200 g

Dry yeast - 5 g

Sea salt - 5 g

Olive oil - 1 tbsp l.

Warm water - 100 ml

Filling:

Cheese - 150 g

Tomato - 1 pc.

Sausage - 50 g

Greens - 30 g

Garlic - 1 tooth

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.

Water - 1 tbsp. l.

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To bake a yeast dough pizza at home, take the foods on the list. Collect the filling to your liking, but be sure to include cheese and some sauce / ketchup.

Step 2 - The first step is to prepare the yeast dough. Throw yeast granules and salt to the sifted wheat flour. Mix well to distribute dry additives evenly.

Step 3 - Pour in a spoonful of olive oil (or other vegetable oil), add slightly warmed (warm) water in parts. Perhaps a little less or more water is required, depending on the quality of the flour.

Step 4 - Knead the dough until smooth, smooth and plastic. We roll up the bun and under a napkin let it "rest" for 30 minutes.

Step 5 - In the meantime, I suggest making a fragrant green sauce inspired by the famous pesto, but with inexpensive products. Clean branches of dill and parsley (there may be cilantro, basil, sage - at your discretion), put the garlic clove in a bowl blender, pour in two tablespoons of olive oil, a spoonful (sometimes more if the greens are not too juicy) water, salt and pepper and grind until gruel.

Step 6 - After a short proofing, roll out the flour ball or stretch it with your hands with a round cake with a diameter of about 40 cm, transfer it to a sheet of parchment or into a mold.

Step 7 - Grease with garlic-flavored green sauce.

Step 8 - Evenly spread the sausage and tomato slices, sprinkle with cheese shavings. We bake the pizza in the oven (preheated) at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Step 9 - Serve thin homemade yeast dough pizza straight away, slicing into portioned triangles.
