The recipe for cooking potatoes with mushrooms in pots is a real find. The dish is prepared very simply, and the result is an incredibly tender, crumbly potato with the aroma of champignons and bacon. In addition, such a hot dish can be prepared not only for a family dinner, it will look very impressive on a festive table, if each guest is served a portioned pot. If you are not afraid of extra calories, you can add a little heavy cream to the broth, then the finished dish will be much tastier.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Onions - 50 g

Fresh champignons - 200 g

Bacon - 70 g

Hard cheese - 70 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Vegetable broth - 150 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Peel the potatoes, peel the onions, wash them under running water. If the mushroom caps are in the compost, scrape it off with a hard kitchen sponge. You should not wash the mushrooms, otherwise they will absorb a lot of water.

2. Cut the onions into small cubes. Heat some refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion slices in it, fry for two minutes. Then add the finely chopped bacon.

3. When the bacon is slightly golden in color, put the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, into the pan. Cover, fry for 5 minutes, no longer. Turn off the stove, let the mushrooms, bacon and onions cool slightly.

4. Cut the potatoes into comfortable slices, fold into a deep bowl.

5. Add mushrooms fried with onions and bacon to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.

6. Now transfer everything to a baking pot, pour in vegetable or meat broth.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a pot of potatoes and mushrooms in it, cover with a lid. Cook the dish for 40 minutes on top and bottom heat.

8. After a while, remove it from the oven, remove the lid, mix gently. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes without a lid. The potatoes will definitely be ready during this time.

When the cheese is completely melted, remove the pot from the oven and serve immediately. Baked potatoes with mushrooms and bacon are ready.
