Funchoza with pork is a light but rather spicy dish. I cook rice noodles according to this recipe with vegetables with both pork and chicken - it is equally delicious. It can be used as a salad or as an independent dish, served both hot and warm. Funchoza has a low calorie content, while it is satisfying, easily absorbed by the body, does not have any additives in the composition, therefore, if you cook only with vegetables, then the dish is suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition.

Ingredients:

Funchoza (rice noodles) - 200 g

Pork (fillet) - 150 g

Refined vegetable oil - 30 ml

Ground red pepper - 1/2 tsp

Ground coriander - ¼ tsp

Sweet pepper - 100 g

Tomatoes - 150 g

Carrots - 120 g

Garlic - 2 cloves

Onions - 100 g

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt and sesame seeds to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Prepare products according to the list. I recommend taking the meat not clean fillet, but with a layer.

Step 2 - We start cooking by preparing vegetables. Mine and cleanse them. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips as much as possible, onions into half rings, three carrots on a Korean grater.

Step 3 - Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the garlic into slices. Do not mix them with other vegetables.

Step 4 - We wash the meat, dry it with a napkin. We also cut into thin strips as possible.

Step 5 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the meat over medium heat with the addition of garlic, stirring occasionally, until the pork changes color.

Step 6 - Next, we send carrots with onions and bell peppers to the meat. Stir and continue to fry on the smallest heat, under the lid. Do not forget to stir periodically, cook for 5-8 minutes, until the juice evaporates.

Step 7 - Add the tomatoes and lemon juice, stir and simmer until the vegetables are ready, also on the lowest heat under the lid for another 5-8 minutes.

Step 8 - Season the meat with vegetables with spices to taste - salt, red pepper, coriander. I replaced the soy sauce with regular salt. Stir and remove from heat.

Step 9 - Fill the rice noodles with boiling water, you don't need to cover the bowl with anything.

Step 10 - Drain the water after 5 minutes. The manufacturer recommends rinsing the noodles at this stage, I don't.

Step 11 - Add it to the meat with vegetables, mix.

Step 12 - Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad.

Funchoza with pork is ready - serve hot or warm.
