Zucchini is such a delicious and “versatile” vegetable that it allows hostesses to create incredible “things” - soups, casseroles, cakes, desserts, canned food, etc. - you can cook with them endlessly. Today I propose making zucchini pancakes with minced meat - delicious, satisfying, simple and nutritious! They are perfect for a dinner table, especially with sour cream and a few slices of fresh tomato, herbs.
It is better to use dietary minced meat - from turkey or chicken. Also add a little garlic, it will add spice to the squash pancakes. Well, if you are a little interested, it's time to start!
Ingredients:
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Minced meat (turkey) - 250 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Kefir - 70 ml
Garlic - 1 clove
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Description:
1. Prepare foods according to the list. Be sure to choose a young, medium-sized zucchini. Minced meat can be taken and another one according to your taste.
2. Rinse the zucchini, trim off the ends on both sides. Cut arbitrarily.
3. Fold the slices into the bowl of a kitchen blender. Transfer a portion of minced meat there.
4. Then drive the chicken egg into the bowl.
5. Punch until smooth, throw in the peeled clove of garlic, pour in a portion of kefir (the percentage of fat does not matter). Grind all ingredients again until smooth.
6. The result is a medium-thick consistency. Next, you should season the mass with salt, pepper, if desired, you can add aromatic spices. Add a spoonful of wheat flour, mix everything thoroughly.
7. Heat odorless oil in a frying pan. Spoon the dough into a hot pan, forming small pieces. Fry pancakes on both sides for 3-4 minutes, while the heat should be moderate.
Arrange the cooked zucchini pancakes with minced meat on portioned plates, add any side dish to taste - cutting fresh vegetables, pickles, parsley sprigs. Serve the dish to the table in the heat of the heat!
