If this is painfully familiar to you, then you understand the moment when there is no energy for cooking at all, you just want to wave your magic wand and have the table set. If you have no desire to order food, and you need to feed a large family, I offer you a simple and delicious recipe for rice with minced meat in a pan.

It takes about half an hour to cook this version of a nutritious dish, but your presence is not required, you need 10 minutes of time. Well, on the weekend I often make minced meat preparations - it's convenient - in portions, so that it's enough for one meal. When choosing meat for him, be guided by your taste - pork, turkey, chicken, etc. Onions and carrots are always at hand, but if there is no rice, you can buy it on the way home from work.

So now let's move on to the process. By the way, you can serve rice with pickles, salads or simple slicing of fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Minced meat (chicken + turkey) - 300 g

Rice - 1 glass

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Water - 2 glasses

Salt, pepper, paprika - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Description:

1. Prepare a whole range of foods.

2. Peel a medium head of onion, rinse and dry slightly. After that, chop the onion into cubes or strips - as you are used to and as it is easier / faster for you.

3. Peel the carrots, wash. I like it when vegetables are coarsely chopped in such dishes, therefore, it is better to cut the root vegetable into cubes / circles / cubes.

4. Then warm up the pan, drizzle lightly with oil, fold the cut vegetables. Spasse them for a couple of minutes.

5. Add minced meat immediately, make high heat. Arm yourself with a spoon or a wooden spatula to break the minced meat into small pieces during the frying process. Again, this process takes up to 4-5 minutes.

6. Add a serving of rice to the pan.

7. Pour in the rate of warm water. Season with salt, pepper, paprika. Add herbs to taste. Cooking under the lid for 20-25 minutes, at which time you can go about your business.

8. Simple and quick, and most importantly, a delicious lunch / dinner is ready.
