Sour cream softens, impregnates the egg omelet with a pleasant sour milk aroma and creates thickness. Cook in a similar way both over the top fire of the stove and in the oven. In order not to dry it out and leave the omelet tender, it is important to cover it when baking and then remove it from heat in time.

Ingredients:

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.

Butter - 30 g

Sausage - 50 g

Green onions - 20 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make an egg omelet in sour cream in a skillet at home, take the foods on the list. Often it is fried in vegetable oil, the result is different. The butter impregnates with an appetizing and delicate aroma. If you need a hearty omelette, add sausage, sausages or smoked meats, followed by shavings of cheese if desired. A delicious and nutritious breakfast will come out in a hurry.

Step 2 - My calculation is one tablespoon of sour cream for one egg. The proportions can be changed as desired. If there is no sour cream, add kefir, yogurt or milk - all options are tasty, but differ in the texture of the finished omelet, its splendor, and aftertaste. Drive the eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream, salt / pepper and whisk intensively. This simple manipulation is easy to handle with a hand whisk or even a fork. There is a mixer at hand, run it for half a minute.

Step 3 - Bring the omelet mixture until smooth. If you want, partially leave fragments of proteins and yolks. They will solidify with multi-colored spots.

Step 4 - In parallel, heat the pan, throw it on a hot surface and drown a piece of butter. Cover the entire area with fat, but do not allow the oil to darken / burn.

Step 5 - Pour the eggs, beaten with sour cream. Turn the pan to distribute the egg mixture evenly. We install the lid and hold at low heat until setting for 5 minutes.

Step 6 - Lay thin circles of salami or other sausage over the already dense layer of omelet, return the lid and let it steam for another minute or two without fire. Here, act on your own, sprinkle the egg cake with cheese, grease with some sauce, decorate with pickles or fresh vegetables.

Step 7 - A simple omelet with sour cream in a pan is ready, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions or other fresh herbs and serve hot.
