Escalope is probably one of the most beloved by our men, easy to prepare meat dishes. This is a round piece of meat, most often prepared from a loin with a thin rim of fat. Unlike schnitzel, escalope is not breaded; it is seasoned with salt and pepper and briefly fried in a pan or baked in the oven. It will also be very tasty to cook it on the grill or grill. Escalope is served with any side dish and salad of fresh vegetables, in winter it can be homemade preparations.

Ingredients:

Pork loin - 500 g

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Lean oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. To prepare the dish, we will prepare all the necessary products according to our list. Wash the pork loin under running water and pat dry with paper towels. The meat should be cut to a thickness of 1.2-2 centimeters, then it will be juicier when finished. Thinly sliced ​​escalopes can dry out.

2. Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides, set aside for a few minutes so that it is salted and not bland when cooked.

3. Using a silicone brush, lightly brush each piece with unscented refined vegetable oil on both sides.

4. Transfer the cuts of meat to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the escalopes in it and cook on convection for 10 minutes. It is no longer necessary to lubricate the mold with vegetable oil.

5. After a time, when a light crust appears on the surface of the meat, the temperature should be reduced to 190 degrees and continue to cook the pork for another 10 minutes. If liquid forms during cooking, it can be used as a gravy for a side dish.

Serve ready-made escalope with your favorite side dish, such as buckwheat, rice, mashed potatoes or pasta. It will be good to serve fresh herbs with baked meat - parsley, dill, cilantro or basil. And don't forget fresh or salted vegetables. Men will be especially delighted with such a dinner.
