If you want to make delicious pastries for homemade tea drinking, use this recipe. Buns with apples made from yeast dough will appeal to everyone, without exception, and their aroma will be fragrant for the whole house. Delicate, soft dough goes well with apple filling. The amount of sugar in the recipe can be adjusted to suit your taste. I recommend trying it!

Ingredients:

Dough:

Milk - 250 ml.

Sugar - 4 tablespoons

Dry yeast - 1 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 40 ml.

Butter - 50 g.

Flour - 450 g.

Filling:

Apple - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons (or to taste)

Egg - for greasing buns

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the required set of products. Sift the premium flour through a fine sieve. Thus, it will be saturated with oxygen, which will have a good effect on the dough. When choosing apples, give preference to sweet and sour varieties with a dense structure. Melt the butter in the microwave in advance, let it cool to room temperature.

2. Pour sugar (2 tablespoons) and dry yeast into warm milk. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.

3. When the yeast "wakes up", a fluffy cap will appear on its surface and you can continue cooking. If this did not happen and the yeast remained in its original form, you will have to start all over again, otherwise delicious baking will not work.

4. Add the remaining sugar, vegetable oil and butter to the milk-yeast mixture.

5. Add wheat flour and start kneading the dough with a spoon.

6. When the mixture becomes very thick, transfer it to the table and continue kneading by hand. Gather the tender dough that does not stick to your hands and put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover the dish with a towel and let the dough rise.

7. After 1-1.5 hours, it will noticeably grow and increase in volume.

8. Crumple it, releasing air, and divide it into 10 equal parts. You can use a kitchen scale to keep the blanks the same. Roll the dough into small balls, cover with a napkin and leave for 10 minutes.

9. Until then, make the filling. Peel and wash the apples. Cut the pulp into small cubes and combine with sugar, mix well. The filling is ready. Let's start forming the buns. After proofing, the dough will become very soft and pliable, it will be pleasant to work with it. Roll each ball with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands into a cake. Place some filling in the center.

10. Gently seal the apple slices into round buns.

11. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay the pieces with the seam down. Cover with a towel and let sit for 10 minutes.

12. Then grease the matching buns with a beaten egg and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

13. Bake them until they are pretty blush, about 30-35 minutes. Remove the finished baked goods from the mold and cool on a wire rack.

14. Lush buns with apples from yeast dough are ready.

Serve them with a cup of aromatic tea or a glass of milk.
