Having an electric bread maker on the farm, entrust it to knead dough for buns, pies and pies. The multifunctional machine perfectly copes with the laborious process, creates the necessary temperature for yeast activation and gives the baker an hour of freedom.

Ingredients:

Flour - 420 g

Water - 220 ml

Dry yeast - 2.5 tsp l.

Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.

Butter - 3 tbsp l.

Salt - 1 tsp l.

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To knead the all-purpose bun dough in your bread maker, take the foods listed. The yeast must be dry. It is advisable to sift and oxygenate the premium wheat flour, as is done for any yeast dough. Use water at room temperature or slightly lukewarm, but not hot. The breadmaker will automatically set the optimal heating.

Step 2 - As a rule, liquid components are first added to the container (with a nozzle inserted at the bottom): water, water with an egg, milk, kefir, etc. Strictly measure the required volume and generally adhere to the dosage indicated in the recipe, then you will get successful kneading, high-quality yeast dough and as a result - delicious sweet / snack buns and other yeast products.

Step 3 - After pouring in the water, add the sifted flour. We also pre-measure the required amount.

Step 4 - Add granulated sugar and salt as required flavor enhancers. Throw in pieces of soft butter. We do not replace it with margarine or other surrogates. High-quality butter will give future buns a pleasant baking flavor.

Step 5 - The last is to lower the granular dry yeast. Place the bucket with ingredients in the bakery, close it and select the "Dough" mode on the display. For about an hour, the machine kneads, stops and continues its circular motion again. At the same time, there is a certain heating inside, which first allows the yeast to wake up, and then the kneaded kolobok can safely distance itself.

Step 6 - At the signal of the timer, take out the soft, homogeneous and plastic dough from the bread machine.

Let the yeast dough for buns stand under a towel in a warm place for 1-2 hours. We form products of the desired configuration, with or without filling, transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
