Making such a spectacular cake is not difficult. The base is puff cakes, and the inside is filled with olives, red fish and sun-dried tomatoes. And of course the cream. I have a cream cheese, but not sweet, but salty.
The men's snack cake turns out to be very tasty and satisfying - the main thing is to let it brew and soak well.
You can fill this cake to your taste. Instead of sun-dried tomatoes, put fresh cucumber. And instead of red fish - meat, ham or sausage. You can also decorate the cake to your liking.

Ingredients:
- puff sheet dough - 900 g
- green olives - 280 g
- black olives (olives) - 280 g
- salted red fish - 250 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 150 g
- fresh red pepper - 5 pods
- lemon - 1 pc.
- lime - 1 pc.

- cream cheese (Philadelphia) - 600 g
- cream 30% - 400 ml
- salt - 1 pinch
Step by step recipe
Bake cakes
1. First, bake the cakes.
For the cake, you will need 900 g of ready-made puff yeast-free dough. Put the dough sheet on a little floured parchment paper. Roll out a sheet of dough approximately one and a half times wide.
Cut out a circle from this test. I cut with a saucepan lid. The diameter of the circle is 19.5 cm. You can also cut the dough with a knife around the lid or any other suitable size object.
2. Pierce the dough with a fork.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake the cake for about 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
3. We collect the rest of the dough and also roll it out, cut out a circle and bake in the same way.
4. From this amount of dough, I got 5 ready-made cakes. When baking, the cakes have slightly decreased in diameter.
Prepare the filling
5. Now let's prepare the filling for the cake.
We take 250 g of red salted fish and cut off several long, not thick plates from it. We immediately twist the roses from the fish plates.
6. To make the roses more neat, cut off the lower part from them. I needed 3 roses to decorate the cake.
7. Cut the rest of the fish into small cubes.
8. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. I needed a little more than half a 300-gram jar. Instead of sun-dried tomatoes, you can use fresh cucumbers.
Cut the pitted green olives into rings. It took one 280 g jar of olives. We leave about 15 olives from this jar for decoration.
Cooking cream
9. Put 600 g of cold cream cheese in a bowl. I use Philadelphia cheese. We also pour 400 g of cold cream with a fat content of at least 30%. Add a little salt, as the cheese is already salty.
10. We all begin to beat at a low mixer speed, gradually increasing it to maximum. Beat the cream until fluffy, homogeneous mass, which keeps its shape well.
We fold the cake
11. We put on the culinary ring. Put the first cake on the bottom. Put an acetate film between the cake and the ring. Squeeze the ring to the size of the cake.
12. Apply a part of the prepared cream to the cake. Put half of the chopped red fish on the cream.
13. On top, on the fish, apply a small layer of cream.
We put the second cake.
14. Apply cream to it. Then add the chopped olives. Apply the cream again.
15. We put the third cake. Apply the cream.
16. Put chopped sun-dried tomatoes on it. Cream again.
Cover with the fourth cake.
17. Apply the cream. We spread the second part of the prepared red fish. Apply the cream again. Some of the cream should remain, it will be needed to decorate the cake on top.
18. Cover the cake with the last cake.
Cover the cake with cling film and put in the refrigerator to infuse for 4 hours. I put it on for the whole night.
Align the cake
19. The night passed, the cake was infused. Remove the ring and acetate film. We rearrange the cake on a substrate. I usually turn the cakes upside down to make the top of the cake more even.
20. Decorate the cake on the sides and on top with the remaining cream. First, apply a thin rough layer of cream to nail in the crumbs. Then we apply the rest of the cream and smooth it beautifully with a spatula or wide knife.
Decorating the cake
21. Insert a skewer into long pepper pods so that they can be attached to the cake.
Insert the pepper on skewers into the cake.
22. We string green olives on a skewer. Prepare a skewer with black olives in the same way.
23. In order for the olives to shine beautifully, grease them with vegetable oil.

24. Cut the lemon in half and cut into slices.
Cut off a slice of lime in the same way.
Decorate the cake with lemon and lime wedges.
25. We put roses from red fish.
26. Cut the cheese into triangles.

28. Put a pod of red pepper and olives on the bottom of the cake. Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds on top.
