Salad with fried crab sticks and mushrooms. New Year's recipe

Admin

Hit the New Year's table! A new salad that will become a serious competitor to the traditional New Year's "Olivier". It is definitely worth cooking it, I am sure that absolutely everyone will like it.

Salad with fried crab sticks and mushrooms. New Year's recipe

Preparation:

The whole feature of this salad is in fried crab sticks - the taste is not the same as with raw ones. For this salad, take 250g of crab sticks. Cut them into small pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes with a little vegetable oil. Fry over high heat.

Next, chop 150 g of mushrooms and also fry with onions (1 pc). Cook 5-6 eggs hard-boiled. We also cut the eggs, leaving 2-3 yolks for sprinkling.

We combine the ingredients, add salt to taste, season with mayonnaise. In principle, the salad can be served this way. But I prefer to make it prettier and more interesting so that it looks like the photo above.

Stir the salad and use a sliding baking dish or some other suitable form to spread it on a dish. Sprinkle the salad with crumbled egg yolk on top, decorate with sprigs of herbs or mushrooms and can be served. Bon appetit, friends!
