A loaf of delicious white bread is easy to bake with a bread maker. The "smart" unit itself will carry out the laborious kneading, set the heating for the activation of yeast and the subsequent proofing of the dough, will ensure even baking and obviously excellent results.

The composition of white bread includes butter (do not replace with margarine) and milk powder, due to which the crumb gets a light shade and a pleasant aroma. For breakfast with a cup of coffee or a bite with milk, jelly and fruit drinks - what you need.

Ingredients:

Water - 225 ml

Wheat flour - 330 g

Salt - 1.5 tsp l.

Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l.

Butter - 2 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp l.

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make delicious white bread in the bread maker, take the foods on the list. The dosage is for a 700 g loaf. Be sure to sift premium wheat flour before placing it in the container to remove possible contamination, oxygenate and loosen. The crumb will then be porous, airy and light. As with all bread recipes in an electric bread maker, only dry fast-acting yeast is used. Strictly adhere to the indicated dosage and bookmarking sequence. First, pour in the liquid, then pour in the flour with the rest of the additives, complete with yeast granules.

Step 2 - So, first, pour water at room temperature into the bucket - in a previously measured volume.

Step 3 - Pour in the sifted flour.

Step 4 - Add basic but essential flavor enhancers: salt and granulated sugar. The proposed proportions allow you to achieve balance, successful activation of yeast and, in my opinion, there is no need to change the dosage.

Step 5 - Load the portion of milk powder necessary for a loaf of this weight.

Step 6 - Don't forget about the butter. We lower it on a flour slide in small cubes. I advise you to choose good quality butter, then the aroma, airiness, crumb color and crust of white bread will truly delight you.

Step 7 - Pour in dry yeast last. We install the container in the bread maker, turn on the "Basic" mode, adjust the baking control and wait 3 hours 30 minutes - until the final signal.

Carefully remove the baked white bread with a golden crust from the container, cool, cut into slices and serve.
