Cottage cheese pancakes with raisins

The right snack or a full meal is cottage cheese pancakes with raisins. Everyone loves these fluffy curd cakes - children, adults, teenagers. It is they who have recently gained great popularity, perhaps because many are trying to eat right, to correctly compose their diet.

Cheesecakes are one of the available dishes that can be prepared quickly and easily, they always turn out delicious and nutritious. Today we will add raisins to the curd. You can play with spices - if you like, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla sugar.

You can serve cottage cheese pancakes to the table as a dessert; try to complement them with delicious syrup with citrus notes. It is also interesting to get it with mint jam, but you can also use the classic version - sour cream, honey or jam. Do not forget about a glass of warm milk or a cup of coffee with cinnamon - it's great!

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 250 g

Raisins - 50 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Semolina - 1.5 tbsp.

Salt - pinch

Vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons

Description:

1. Prepare all products according to the list. Choose the percentage of fat content of the cottage cheese for yourself.

2. Take a deep bowl and transfer the curd to it. If you have a homemade coarse grain, it is better to rub it through a fine sieve, so it will become airy and homogeneous, and the cheese cakes will turn out to be special.

3. Add literally a dash of salt to the curd, just to balance the flavor balance.

4. Add the broken chicken egg next to the bowl.

5. Optionally replace vanilla sugar with regular sugar. Throw it in a bowl of curd. Since cheesecakes are often served with sweet additions anyway, a large amount of sugar in them is unnecessary.

6. If the raisins are hard, soak them in boiling water for 15 minutes, then dry and add to a bowl.

7. Pour in a serving of semolina.

8. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave the dough for 12-15 minutes.

9. Form small cakes from the prepared mass, breaded in breadcrumbs.

10. Fry cottage cheese pancakes on both sides in a lightly oiled frying pan. Everything about everything will take up to 12-15 minutes.
