They love omelets very much, and I try to add different products to them every time, thereby getting new tastes. Today I want to tell you how to make an omelet with cheese. The dish is simple, but, like every recipe, it has its own subtleties. It is cooked in a pan with the lid on. The structure turns out to be delicate and lush, it cools a little, it settles, but this does not affect the taste. In addition, due to the cheese, breakfast is quite satisfying, so an energy boost is guaranteed before lunch. I recommend trying it!
Ingredients:
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Milk - 50 ml.
Salt to taste
Butter - 1 tsp
Cheese - 50 g.
Step by step recipe:
1. Prepare the food listed for the recipe.
2. Break the eggs into a suitable bowl and stir with a whisk. It is not necessary to beat for a long time, the main thing is to achieve uniformity.
3. If you prefer homemade foods when choosing ingredients, the egg mixture will be bright orange in color.
4. Salt a little and pour in the milk. Choose the percentage of fat to your liking, in this recipe this moment is not fundamental. But keep in mind that the fatter the foods, the more nutritious the omelet is.
