Water - 220 ml.

Filling:

Minced meat - 400 gr.

Onions - 200 gr.

Potatoes - 400 gr.

Butter - 40 gr.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Khmeli-Suneli - 1 tsp

15 minutes have passed, I take out the dough from the bag and divide it into 2 equal parts. I will have two Khanums.

I roll out the dough thinly. I got a rectangle measuring 37x30 cm.

I will also divide the filling into 2 parts. I distribute one part of the filling evenly over the dough, 5 cm away from one edge. Cut 20 grams of butter into slices on top of the filling.

I wrap it in a roll and pinch the edges. I do the same with the second part of the test.

I cook in a double boiler. I grease the bowl of the double boiler with vegetable oil and lay the roll with the seam down. I will also grease Khanum with vegetable oil on top. I will cook for 55 minutes.
