The first will give an expressive taste and firmness, the second will soften, add the necessary fat and will not allow the products to shrink excessively.

Ingredients:

Minced pork and beef - 400 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To cook minced meat nests with eggs in the oven at home, take the foods on the list. Also have a sheet of foil or baking paper handy for baking. Feel free to change the set of spices as you wish, add garlic, hot peppers. But for the most meaty taste, exclude flour, bread, starch, cereals. Although, for the sake of increasing yield and saving meat, all the impurities for cutlets, meatballs and meatballs are suitable in this recipe.

Step 2 - Add the mashed onion to the minced pork and beef. Throw in a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3 - Since there is no flour and other binders in the composition, the minced meat must be beaten off. We roll up the lump and forcefully throw it from palm to palm. You can also place it in a bag and hit the countertop several times. Thus, the viscosity, elasticity of meat fibers increases and the products do not disintegrate when frying, baking.

Step 4 - From the foil we form cells with a low side for each portion. Remember that in the minced meat nest oven, meat juice will be released. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil.

Step 5 - With wet or oiled hands, we form balls of the same size, then in the center of each we press a depression for an egg (or other filling), align the board around the circumference. We send empty meat nests into a preheated oven and bake for the first 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Step 6 - We take out the steamed blanks from the oven, drain the meat juice formed inside the recesses - drive the egg into the cavities and return to the oven for 7-10 minutes until the egg white sets.

We serve juicy minced meat nests with an egg along with fresh vegetables and herbs, if necessary - with a side dish.
