One of the favorite shrimp and squid salad will be especially liked by connoisseurs of seafood. It impresses me not only because of its taste, but also because of its appearance, the dish literally radiates freshness and nutritional value. The taste is excellent, you can guess so, even without trying it yet. Pickled squids are more suitable here, but if there are none, you can use frozen ones - then you need to boil them for a couple of minutes, cool and cut into rings. In order not to interrupt the taste of salad and seafood, you need to use oil and a little lemon juice for dressing. More options, but brighter in taste, are yogurt, honey mustard, lime juice, dry garlic and herbs. So, if everything is ready, let's get down to the process.
Ingredients:
Pickled squid - 80 g
Shrimps - 100 g
Avocado - 0.5 pcs.
Salad - bunch
Green onions - 5 feathers
Salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Parsley - 1 sprig
Description:
1. Prepare food.
2. Rinse a bunch of salad lightly, dry the leaves. Tear them with your hands and place them in a small pile on a flat plate.
3. Be sure to choose an avocado ripe, soft, without damage. Peel the fruit and remove the pit. Chop randomly and add to a plate. Rinse and dry the green onion feathers, chop, send after the avocado. The green part of the dish is ready.
4. Spread slices of delicious pickled squid on top of all the greens.
5. Boil and peel the shrimps in advance. You can cook them with dill, allspice, lavrushka and salt.
6. Arrange all the shrimps on a plate with prepared ingredients. Grind the dish with salt, pepper and dry garlic.
7. Decorate with parsley.
8. When the sea salad with shrimp and squid is served, lightly sprinkle it with delicious odorless butter and lemon juice.
