You can replace dinner with a delicious pineapple salad with chicken, serve it in tartlets at a buffet table or in a common salad bowl for a festive table, including New Year's. As far as assembly goes, there are options too. Dressed with mayonnaise and mixed like Olivier, or lined up in separate layers, often filled in portions: a small bowl for each guest.

Ingredients:

Canned pineapples - 300 g

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Canned corn - 200 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Walnuts - 70 g

Mayonnaise - 70 g

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Greens - for serving

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 To make pineapple salad with chicken layers at home, use the foods listed. If you boil a hard-boiled egg, as well as poultry fillets in advance, then the time for cutting, assembly and impregnation will take no more than half an hour. Such an appetizer does not stand up for a long time, it is immediately brought to the table.

Step 2 - Today we will fill the container in layers, smearing with mayonnaise and in parallel seasoning with spices at our discretion. Use a serving ring / square template or clear container. Then not only the taste, but also the neat appearance of the salad will please. It should be noted that the order of products is arbitrary. For example, the first to drop the corn grains to the bottom of the bowl. Before that, we drain the liquid in which the corn was. Apply a little mayonnaise on top.

Step 3 - Next, add the chicken meat. In salted boiling water (possibly with roots, herbs, spices, as when cooking chicken broth), boil the breast. Cool in liquid, thus preserving the juiciness and tenderness of the meat fibers. Then, already cold, we cut the chicken into pieces that are not too large, put on corn, cover with mayonnaise, salt and pepper if necessary.

Step 4 - Cut the pre-dried pineapple rings into pieces and place them on top of the chicken meat. Distribute the mayonnaise sauce again.

Step 5 - Fall asleep with grated small shavings of an egg. We crush the nut kernels, keep another dry fruit ring on hand for decoration.

Step 6 - Cover the egg layer with nut crumbs, place a cut pineapple ring like a flower, supplement it with fresh green leaves.

Serve the pineapple salad with chicken immediately or soak in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
