Today I want to share with you a simple salad recipe, which is often prepared by many, but all hostesses still have some differences in it. Cooking a classic salad with crab sticks and corn. The basis is sticks, it is important to choose a quality product. Corn should be used sweet, canned. Someone likes to add rice to this salad, I absolutely do not like it here, so you will not find rice groats in the list of ingredients. However, if you like cooking with rice, add it of course. We prepare mayonnaise ourselves - simply and easily in a couple of seconds - the recipes are on our website.
You can serve crab salad for the festive table. It will turn out beautifully if you present it in portions. In general, many hostesses cook it from year to year, thanks to the availability of all the ingredients, everyone can afford the dish.
Ingredients:
Crab sticks - 150 g
Canned corn - 100 g
Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper - to taste
Description:
Prepare a number of all the required foods from the list. If you still decide to add rice to the salad, use a steamed long one, boil it in advance and cool it.
The crab sticks should be taken out of the freezer the day before, allowing time for them to defrost on their own. Remove the film from them, and then cut into small pieces.
Wash the fresh cucumber, chop off the ends on both sides. Cut it into cubes and add to the sticks.
Boil chicken eggs: keep on fire for no more than ten minutes in salted water. Then peel and cut into small cubes. Send the egg slices to the salad.
Open a jar of delicious sweet corn, drain the juice, and transfer the grains themselves to the rest of the ingredients.
Season salad with homemade mayonnaise, lightly season with salt and ground pepper. Stir and remove sample.
Arrange the salad with crab sticks and corn on plates and serve.
