It is very easy to prepare a fast and tasty restaurant-grade shrimp dish, and, most importantly, quickly. Apart from the time for marinating seafood, everything will take you less than five minutes. The best and most delicious recipe for this recipe is large shrimp. It is advisable to take those that have not been frozen, although any non-frozen seafood can be used for grilling.
Ingredients:
Shrimps - 400 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Ginger root - 10 g
Cilantro - 5 branches
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sea salt - optional
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
How to cook:
To grill shrimp at home, prepare the items listed. If the seafood is deep-frozen, defrost it and let the water drain completely. Peel the ginger and garlic, wash with the cilantro under running water, dry.
Place the seafood in a deep bowl for marinating. Cut the ginger into thin strips, the garlic into large slices. This is if we just want to add flavor to the shrimp, but if you want them to take on a garlic-ginger taste, then grate these two ingredients on a fine grater and add them in the form of gruel to the marinade.
Now add good quality soy sauce and lean refined oil, pepper and lemon juice. Whether or not to add salt is up to you, it all depends on the salinity of the soy sauce, I believe.
Chop fresh cilantro last. Send it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to marinate the shrimp evenly.
After a while, the shrimp should be strung on thin wooden skewers. Do this carefully so as not to injure yourself.
Heat a grill pan, put the shrimp kebabs on it and fry them on both sides for a maximum of 1-1.5 minutes.
