Do not punish yourself for being overweight and starve. This does not lead to anything good, except for breakdowns and weight gain, you yourself must see and understand this.

We punish ourselves for being overweight and starve to lose weight. Or it can be completely different - comfortable and tasty.

We must strive for a balanced diet without overeating - then we will be healthy and lean.

It is nutrition that is the basis of our well-being. But wanting to lose weight, we often forget about our health and start experimenting with the body.

And I also did the same for a long time, because stereotypes took root in my head: in order to lose weight, you need less "to eat", as some commentators like to say here, who are not very interested in someone's health. Nobody is interested in your well-being and what will happen to your body after the next newfangled diet and the best advice "to eat less".

Your health is only your concern and let's preserve it and increase it, not destroy it in attempts to lose weight.

Calorie counting and their minimal deficit helped me lose weight comfortably and without harm to my health. And the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates saturates the body with all the macronutrients it needs.

It is necessary to change your attitude towards food, change your eating habits and control your food always, at least intuitively. Consciously approach the question: what do we eat and why do we eat. And then all the bricks will add up and you will get a healthy body and a slender figure.

It was calorie counting that made it possible for me to understand what and how much one can eat in order to remain always at a normal weight for me and not to deprive myself of nutrients.

As an example, calorie counting and BJU will show my menu.

For breakfast, she finished off a curd casserole with blueberries (220 g) and allowed herself some coffee with milk (50 g) and vanilla syrup (15 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 375 kcal.

During work I had a snack: 60 g of cheese, 130 g of apple and green tea.

Out on a snack 265 kcal.

For lunch, I again warmed a pickle (450 g) and dried 40 g of bread in a toaster to the pickle, rubbed it with garlic and smeared literally 5 g of butter.

With the advent of the toaster, my bread is now always a little dry and warm. What's for sandwiches, what's just for soup. What a wonderful Santa Claus I have - gifts for the New Year are already working for the good of the family. It takes up little space (which is what I needed) and it is not necessary to follow the bread - the main plus. I have already adapted to the regime I need, loaded the bread and go on with my own business. And nothing burns if you forget about the bread, as I did in the pan.
I am happy - what exactly was required for me.

Lunch turned out to be 310 kcal.

Today I worked hard all day, distracted to rest and read your comments, and by the evening I had free time to cook dinner.

I decided to fry minced pollock cutlets. Has been in use for a long time. In general, I audited the freezer that is on our balcony. I took out minced pollock for cutlets and a stash from a piece of chum salmon - I'll salt it. It is necessary to slowly use products that have been lying for a long time, so that they do not end up becoming last year's, and even so decently "old".

I wanted to fry the cutlets, but in the process I got lazy. As I thought I was standing at the stove, turning the cutlets, I decided to bake them, and even in cheese sauce. And we got fish balls instead of cutlets.

For dinner, I have 200 g of fish balls and a vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, pepper and green onion - total weight 200 g), seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil.

Dinner for 310 kcal.

During the day, I ate 30 g of cashew nuts - 195 kcal. I saw that I was not getting my daily ration of fat and decided to get it with nuts.

The free calories were just spent on nuts, so in the evening there was nothing for tea, I finished the nuts.

And what happens if you miss out on fats - all regular readers already know from my experience, and some of your own - if it does not come to serious hormonal disorders, then "hair loss" and dry skin will be for you provided. That is why it is important to monitor the balance of the BJU.

Result of the day: K - 1455, B - 104, F - 66, U - 104.

This is my menu today - regular food, cooked with less calories than before.

Thanks to nutritional control by counting calories, you can eat not only cabbage salads and eat fresh boiled chicken breast and dry buckwheat.

You can get slimmer comfortably and tasty without punishing yourself and preserving your health.
