I cook from such dough, pies, buns (I especially love donuts for borscht). And this dough is perfect for pizza!
How to cook:
I always sift flour. I add yeast and mix. The yeast here needs those that are added directly to the flour.
This also includes salt, sugar, a little honey, vegetable oil and warm water.
I knead the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. If it is very sticky, you can add a little flour. But it is better to wet your hands with vegetable oil when kneading the dough - this way we will take less flour and the products will be more magnificent.
After kneading - I do not expect anything. Immediately form the buns. I put it in a greased form.
Cover with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes.
During this time, I preheat the oven to 180 degrees. I bake buns.
I cook pies or pizza in the same way. Before frying, I leave the pies on the table for 10 minutes, then fry or bake.
