Dad taught how to fry potatoes in a new way: I even showed off the recipe to my friends (I share)

And why didn't I think of it myself? Very simple and so delicious!

My father-in-law taught me how to cook potatoes in this way a long time ago, as soon as we met him. He cooks amazingly! And yes, I'm not used to calling him "father-in-law". Dad is more familiar)) And our name for this dish stuck "potatoes from dad".

If you follow my videos, you have most likely tried this recipe. Here I showed several recipes for fried potatoes (including this one). If you missed it, take a look, you will definitely like it:

And yes, at first I even bragged about this recipe in front of my friends)) The ingredients are very simple and the most affordable, and the dish turns out well, very tasty! Much tastier than just fried potatoes and onions.

The most common ingredients are needed here. They are always found in any kitchen and are inexpensive at any time of the year.

How to cook

I cut the potatoes into cubes and rinse them thoroughly in cold water.

I heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the potatoes and fry them almost until tender. I don’t salt!

Then I add some finely chopped onion and cabbage. I cut the cabbage into thin strips.

I mix constantly. Salt the dish at the very end. Even if you add very little cabbage, the taste of the dish is completely different. This is not at all like regular fried potatoes with onions.

Both more aromatic and tastier! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!

I have already tried to cook this way with sauerkraut. Good too. But it still tastes better with fresh!

The recipe is approximate (I do not indicate the exact amount of ingredients, this is according to the mood, but I noticed that it is tasty in any proportions):

• Potatoes
• Onion
• Cabbage
• Vegetable oil
• Salt
