Shrimp and avocado salad - delicious, low in calories and very healthy. First of all, it should appeal to people who are for a healthy diet or are on a weight loss diet. If you want, the process of briefly frying the shrimp can be replaced with a minute boiling in slightly salted water. In any case, such a salad will be a worthy snack on any family table.

Ingredients:

Shrimps - 300 g

Avocado - 1 pc.

Tomato - 1 pc.

Lettuce salad - 50 g

Pitted olives - 100 g

Parsley - a few twigs

Lime juice (or lemon) - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Prepare all the products on our list. Wash the tomato, lettuce and parsley under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Peel the shrimp from the shell, leave only the tail, cut it along the top, remove the intestine. Rinse and dry if necessary.

Heat some odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the shrimps in it, fry on both sides for 30 seconds. Remove the fried tails from the pan and let cool.
