We will prepare delicious chopped turkey cutlets, which are juicy and tender, absolutely everyone will like it. Such recipes are an express cooking option for those who do not have kitchen appliances at hand, and this often helps. So, if you have not yet acquired a meat grinder or blender, this is not a reason to deny yourself the preparation of your favorite dishes, yes and besides, many people like this version of cutlets much more than ordinary ones, due to the structure, since we feel exactly the pieces meat.

Be sure to add onions, a little kefir and a couple of tablespoons of flour to the composition (you can replace it with oatmeal). Cutlets can be served with any dishes - spaghetti, potatoes, buckwheat, vegetable salads, herbs, etc. If you like homemade snacks, the cutlet can be put on a slice of bread, add a leaf of lettuce, tomatoes, herbs, a plate of cheese - here's a quick snack for a cup tea.

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet - 300 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Kefir - 3 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Prepare food in advance. Use fresh turkey fillets, not frozen, so the result will please you more.

Rinse the meat, dry it a little. Remove the film and fat layers with a sharp knife. Try to cut the poultry fillets into as small pieces as possible. Unload the slices into a bowl.

Peel a large onion, rinse the head and dry. Crumble into small cubes, add to the turkey.

Pour salt, ground black pepper to all prepared ingredients. You can add spices. Suitable: paprika, dry garlic, curry, turmeric, etc.

Immediately pour a portion of kefir into the turkey and onions.

Drive one large chicken egg into the container.

Sprinkle wheat flour in small portions, mix all the ingredients. The prepared mass should not be liquid.

Heat a frying pan, grease with vegetable oil. To cook cutlets without excessive amounts of fat, it is better to take non-stick or cast iron dishes.

Put the prepared mass in a hot frying pan with a tablespoon, reduce the heat to below medium and cook the cutlets for 2.5-3 minutes on each side.
