Scald the citrus fruit with boiling water for a few seconds, then cut off the required part from it. Cut it into slices and place in a teapot or other large container in which you are going to make aromatic tea.

Peel some of the ginger root. This is very easy to do by scraping the peel off with a teaspoon or dessert spoon. Rinse the peeled pulp and cut into small pieces. Add to bowl with lemon slices.

Boil water, put tea bags or tea leaves (depending on what you use) in a container, add granulated sugar, pour boiling water up to the top of the teapot.

If you add honey, then do it only after the brewed tea has cooled down to 35 degrees. Otherwise, the honey product will lose its beneficial properties, leaving only a sweet aftertaste.

Steam the drink for about 15 minutes, squeezing the contents of the container from time to time if you have a teapot with a press.
