Chocolate milkshake with ice cream

A large portion of a chocolate milkshake, and even with ice cream, satisfies hunger, the need for sweets and gives a great mood. It is prepared in a few minutes, without any particular difficulties, and is welcomed by both kids and adult sweets.

Milk, warming, is mixed with chocolate or cocoa powder. For the best result, choose quality products from trusted manufacturers. Otherwise, the drink will not have a fragrant chocolate note or silky density.

Ingredients:

Milk 3.2% - 300 ml

Dark chocolate - 50 g

Ice cream - 90 g

Cocoa powder - 5 g

To make a chocolate milkshake at home, take the items listed. The fat content of milk and ice cream can be any, but, of course, the drink is tastier and softer in texture if the products are high in fat and of high quality (not substitutes). The same applies to chocolate: the higher the percentage of cocoa beans, the richer the cocktail, expressive chocolate taste and aroma. If desired, the concentration can be easily changed by increasing or decreasing the proportion of milk to chocolate.

Pour the required amount of fat milk into a ladle or saucepan, lower the dark chocolate broken into pieces. Warm up over moderate heat and under constant supervision. It takes a few minutes, but the milk is able to "escape".

Stir continuously and watch how the hard chocolate melts, disperses in flakes in the liquid. There may even be some stratification, don't worry. If the product is solid, it will completely dissolve in milk and the drink will become homogeneous.

We bring the already completely colored composition to an active boil. We remove from the stove.

Pour into portioned dishes and, better, transparent. From above, immerse pieces of ice cream or other ice cream in hot liquid, sprinkle with a small pinch of sifted cocoa powder.

If a chilled version is desired, allow the chocolate milk to cool before adding the ice cream. This cocktail is especially relevant on hot summer days.

Serve a chocolate milkshake with straws and without delay. The ice cream "island" melts quickly, cooling the entire drink.
