Ingredients:

Hot dog sausage - 7 pcs.

Fresh puff pastry - 250 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Black sesame - 1 tbsp

Flour (if necessary)

Prepare foods from the list. For this recipe, the sausages are best labeled "for hot dogs": they are all the same length and thickness, in addition, behave well in the oven at high temperatures, that is, they do not crack, do not crumble and do not lose their external view. Defrost the puff, preferably yeast-free, dough.

The first step is to remove the artificial casing from the sausages. If they are natural, then skip this step.

On a flat surface, roll out the puff pastry to the desired thickness, cut into equal strips. The easiest way to do this is with a round pizza knife. If the dough sticks to your hands and table, dust it and the rolling pin with a little flour.

Wrap each sausage with one or two strips of puff pastry and place on a baking sheet. It is better to cover it with baking paper beforehand.

Beat the chicken egg in a bowl until smooth, grease each piece with it using a silicone brush.

Sprinkle a small amount of black sesame seeds over all convenience sausages. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Watch the baking, maybe 10-12 minutes will be enough for your oven.

After a while, remove the puff pastry sausages from the oven, cool them directly on the parchment. Serve for breakfast or as a quick snack with milk, a cup coffee or tea. A glass of orange juice will do the trick too.
