For those who love juicy fruit additives in unsweetened salad mixes, I recommend a recipe for a dish for every day and for a festive table. From heat treatment - only hard-boiled eggs should be boiled, the rest falls on uncorking cans, and cutting of products already suitable for consumption. Mixed, tucked in and that's it! No long impregnation. It looks appetizing when served both in a regular salad bowl in a heap, and on a flat plate in a pressed volumetric form (laid out inside a molding / serving template).

Ingredients:
Canned pineapple - 200 g
Canned corn - 150 g
Crab sticks - 200 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 50 g
Lemon juice - 20 ml
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Greens - for serving
Step by step recipe:
To make a salad with crab sticks and pineapple at home, take the foods listed. If the crab sticks are frozen, pre-thaw or put them in boiling water for a couple of minutes, and then pull off the wrapping.
Boil a hard-boiled egg in advance - about 10 minutes is enough for full folding / setting of the protein and yolk, while the second does not darken with a bluish tint, but remains the brightest.
For a snack, I recommend chopping all the ingredients not too finely. This is how the taste and texture of each bite is felt.
The order of slicing is clearly irrelevant. Do as you like. For example, first chop crab sticks into pieces of approximately the same thickness. Immediately sprinkle them with refreshing lemon juice and stir. Be careful not to accidentally end up with citrus seeds in the bowl.
We discard the grains of canned corn on a sieve, shake off the brine / marinade in which they were. Pour into chopped sticks.
We also get rid of the juice of the canned pineapple ring - there is enough juiciness and moisture without that. Then we cut them into cubes, and quite large.
We crumble a hard-boiled egg, peeled from the shell and already cold. Often, hard cheese is included in the salad mix - the dish will come out more high-calorie.
Season with mayonnaise, pepper, salt. Mix all the layers and remove the sample. We adjust the dosage of spices.
We decorate a delicious salad with crab sticks, canned corn and pineapple with fresh herbs. It is now ready to serve.
