Perhaps, potatoes are the favorite and most frequently cooked product in every family. Today we will bake it in a slow cooker. It's fast, delicious and simple. Even a schoolboy can handle the preparation of such potatoes.

Champignons baked with it in sour cream-mustard sauce give a unique taste to potato wedges. The bottom layer of potatoes is roasted, and the middle and top are very soft. The whole dish is saturated with the incomparable aroma of mushrooms.

Potatoes according to this recipe can also be baked in the oven. Eliminating sour cream from the recipe (replace it with lean mayonnaise), such a dish can be prepared in fasting.

Potatoes - 1 kg.

Champignons - 250 gr.

Sour cream - 2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Mustard - 1 tsp

Salt and spices to taste

We prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker.

You can take seasonings as you wish. Champignons and potatoes are combined with almost all types of spices, I recommend experimenting and adding either nutmeg, garlic, or thyme. I love the dried basil in this dish.

The fat content of sour cream should be at least 25% so that there is no sourness in the finished dish.

First you need to prepare the mushrooms for baking. We wash the mushrooms, dry with a napkin. Or we remove the upper thin skin and clean the legs. We separate the legs from the hats. We chop everything into thin pieces about 3 mm.

Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl, add sour cream, salt and mustard. Stir and set aside for now.

We clean the tubers, dry them with a napkin, it is important that no moisture remains on them. Cut the potatoes into large slices. We try to do this quickly so that it does not darken before baking.

Put the potatoes in the multicooker bowl. Salt, mix. After a couple of minutes, pour in the oil and mix again.

We transfer the champignons in sour cream to the bowl. Sprinkle with spices. We will not mix mushrooms with potatoes. We put the bowl in the multicooker and close the lid.

We select the "Baking" mode and cook until the sound signal. In my multicooker, this mode lasts 45 minutes.
