Minced chicken fillet - 500 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Zucchini - 120 g

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Onions - 50 g

Oat bran - 3 tablespoons

Lean oil - for frying

To make minced chicken cutlets with zucchini, prepare the foods on the list. Many vendors on the market can twist chicken fillet into minced meat right in front of you, so I recommend using this service, especially since it is completely free.

Peel the onion, wash with the zucchini. Bran is absolutely not necessary to buy ready-made for a lot of money, you can cook them yourself. To do this, take your favorite oatmeal and turn it into coarse crumbs using a coffee grinder.
