But if you have not yet reproduced such recipes in your kitchen, then you are welcome. The simplicity and fast process cannot fail to attract attention. Oven baked chicken and potatoes can often be found at party tables or casual family lunches and / or dinners. The dish can be served both with pickles and light seasonal salads.

Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks - 2 pcs.
Potatoes - 300 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 2 pinches
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. The chicken can be taken at least whole, at least its individual parts, portioned, so that it is convenient to put it on a plate. You can choose legs, drumsticks (as in my recipe), wings, but not frozen, but chilled.
Do not forget about a small amount of spices. Here dry garlic plays up the picture perfectly, but you can already add a dish of bright colors with spices or dry herbs.
Turn on the oven, ignite, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Peel tubers of large potatoes, wash, dry with kitchen paper towels. Then cut them into fairly large segments.
Any convenient container that is suitable for the oven, oil and put the potato slices inside.
Then peel the large onion, rinse and dry. You can cut it into any pieces, the main thing is not to grind it. Send onion half rings or cubes to potatoes.
Add salt and pepper to your taste - the amount of spices can be varied. Add dry garlic without fail: you can granular, you can powder.
Rinse and dry chicken drumsticks or other parts of the bird. Place the meat on top of the potatoes. You can also sprinkle the chicken with all sorts of herbs and spices, sprinkle with marinade or sauce.
Cover the container with foil and send to the oven. Bake the dish for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook the potatoes with chicken legs for another 5 minutes.
