Tender and juicy chicken in a marinade of frozen cherries - incredible dish!

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 pc. (Weighing 450-500 g)
Apples - 1 pc.
Mini apples - 3 pcs.
Sugar - optional
Cherry - 150 g sauce + handful for filling
Butter - to taste
Water - 100 mL
Red wine - 100 ml
Rosemary - to taste
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Anis - 2 Stars

Preparation:

You must first prepare the sauce.
For this spread into a pan 150 c. frozen cherries, add 30 oz. sugar and pour 100 ml. wine.

Put the pan on low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

Rub the chicken with cherry sauce on the outside and inside.

Adding a couple of anise stars and cinnamon stick, a sprig of rosemary and a mini-apples (pickled).

We warm up for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat.
