Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Teriyaki sauce - 3 tablespoons
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Dried vegetables - 1 tablespoon
Dried paprika - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Greens to taste
Step by step recipe:
Prepare all ingredients for cooking. Buy pork fresh, as frozen meat will not turn out so juicy and tender. Spices can be changed, supplemented, focusing on your taste.
If you are not afraid of extra calories, you can take pork with a little fat. So the finished dish will turn out to be even more juicy and satisfying. Otherwise, buy lean meats like tenderloin.
Rinse the pork well with cold running water before cooking. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess liquid. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a bowl to combine all ingredients.
Remove the husks from the large onion. Rinse the root vegetable and dip with a napkin. Cut into thin half rings. Add to the meat pieces.
Stir in paprika, a mixture of dried vegetables. Season with a little salt and season with aromatic crushed pepper. Stir all the products and lightly shake your hands so that the onion gives out its juice.
Pour in teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, odorless oil. Mix all ingredients well.
Cover with cling film and send to marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Stir several times during marinating so that all the meat pieces are saturated with spices and sauce.
Set the pan over medium heat. Heat well. Move the meat and marinade into it. Add soy sauce. Cook the pork for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Taste it. If any spices are missing, adjust as you see fit.
The pork in teriyaki sauce is ready.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs before serving.
Serve the meat as a separate dish with sweet and sour sauce, or as an addition to a vegetable or cereal side dish, for example, to boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
Cook, experiment and bon appetit!
