Remember that chicken meat will decrease slightly in size, by about a third, and fat will be melted out of it, so do not pour a lot of water into the bowl - the bird should be stewed in its own juice.

Chicken (parts) - 1 kg

Bay leaf - 5 pcs.

Salt - 1 tsp

Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp

Water - 1 tbsp.

Cut the chicken into pieces or use pre-purchased poultry parts. Rinse them in water, remove all strands and films.

Place the meat in a multicooker bowl. It is advisable to use not only fillets to make the dish aromatic and rich.

Sprinkle all chicken portions with salt and ground black pepper. Drop the bay leaves.

Add other spices and seasonings if desired. Ground paprika, dried thyme or garlic harmonizes very tasty with chicken meat.

Pour in warm water and activate the "Stew" or "Chicken" / "Meat" mode on the vehicle board for 40 minutes. If using poultry / farm poultry, increase the cooking time to 1-1.5 hours, depending on its size.
