Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Parsley - 3 sprigs
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml.
Step by step recipe:
To cook potato cakes in a frying pan, prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list. When choosing the main ingredient, we will give preference to starchy varieties that boil well.
Peel the potato tubers, rinse under running water and cut into four or six parts, depending on their size. Put everything in a saucepan, fill it with clean water and send it to the fire.
Add salt and cook until cooked. Then we will salt the water, and crush the potatoes with a crush, turning it into mashed potatoes.
Transfer it to a bowl and let cool slightly. Then add a raw chicken egg, black pepper and a little more salt. Mix quickly so that the egg does not curl.
