Charlotte is a delicious homemade pastry. It is prepared from the simplest set of ingredients, but the basic ones are: eggs, sugar and flour. Everything else is flavoring.

These pies are often baked with berries or fruits. In this recipe, I combined cottage cheese and apples. This duet turned out to be quite successful. The pastries turned out to be insanely tasty, the taste of cottage cheese and juicy, slightly sour fruits are clearly visible in it. The dough itself is airy and soft. Recommend!

Sugar - 1 glass

Apple - 2 pcs.

Cottage cheese - 3 tbsp.

Baking powder - 1 tsp

To prepare charlotte with apples and cottage cheese, prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. You will also need a form with a diameter of 18 cm and a measuring glass with a volume of 200 ml. So let's get started.

Wash the eggs thoroughly, dry and beat into a deep bowl. The container in which we will prepare the dough must be perfectly clean and dry.

Use a mixer to turn the eggs into a smooth paste. It is not necessary to beat for a long time, the main thing is that the protein and yolk are mixed.

Then add sugar and continue beating. After a couple of minutes, the mass will noticeably begin to brighten and increase in volume.

It's time to add the curd. The percentage of fat in this recipe does not play a big role, the main thing is not to forget to grind it through a sieve.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until a beautiful golden brown color and a distinct smell of baked goods. Then take the charlotte out of the mold and transfer it to the wire rack so that it cools completely, and the bottom does not get wet.
