At the same time, a simple and insanely delicious dish - rice with vegetables and chicken - we cook in the oven, and quite quickly. I like basmati most of all to use as a basis, it is this variety of this cereal that gives the most successful result.

In the summer, you can add a wide range of vegetables to the dish, but if it's winter outside, you can get by with frozen mixes. It is permissible to replace chicken fillet with any parts of the bird. Also, it is not at all necessary to cook rice in the oven, you can do it on the stove. In my recipe, we do not use a single drop of vegetable oil, so the finished dish will also turn out to be low in calories.

Rice with chicken and vegetables can be served to the table in addition to pickles, herbs, etc.

Ingredients:

Basmati rice - 1 cup

Water - 2 glasses

Chicken fillet - 150 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Broccoli - 80 g

Sweet corn - 3 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1 tsp

Prepare all products according to the list. Immediately turn on and warm up the oven well, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Take a ceramic or any other oven dish. Pour a glass of basmati rice into it.

Peel carrots and onions. Wash and dry. Cut the carrots into strips or oblong strips, cut the onion into small cubes. Immediately transfer the vegetables to the form with rice.
