"Lazy" rice with vegetables and chicken legs. You don't have to stand at the stove. And it turns out very tasty.

Rice with vegetables and chicken legs, the recipe for which I will share today, can even be served on a festive table - not only delicious, but also beautifully obtained!
And the preparation is very simple!
My chicken drumsticks, I salt and add spices. Here to taste. A mixture of peppers is enough for me.
I pour a little oil on the bottom of the mold and spread the well washed rice. I distribute according to the form. The size of my form is 34x22 cm
On top of the rice I spread the fried vegetables, bell peppers and green peas cut into small cubes. You can use frozen vegetables.
Now I lay out the legs beautifully. Tomatoes are between them (if any). I also had frozen tomatoes.
I dissolve salt in a glass of hot water. And pour it into the mold. I add the rest of the water (1: 2).
I put the dish in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. It depends on the rice. You can cover the form with foil.
5 minutes before cooking, I remove the foil, sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with grated cheese and send it back to the oven.
And that's it! You can try! My "lazy" dinner is ready))

Recipe:
• Rice - 2 cups
• Warm water - 4 glasses
• Chicken drumstick - 8 pcs.
• Onions - 1-2 pcs.
• Carrots - 2-3 pcs.
• Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
• Green peas - to taste
• Tomatoes - to taste
• Salt
• Spices
• Hard cheese
• Sunflower oil
