Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Milk - 200 ml

Water - 100 ml

Wheat flour - 7 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.

Sugar - 50 g

Salt - 2 pinches

Rinse chicken eggs in water and pat dry with a paper towel, then beat into a deep container: salad bowl or bowl. Pour in drinking water and milk. Add granulated sugar and a couple of pinches of salt. The latter must be added without fail, it emphasizes the sweetness of the baking! Beat with a whisk or mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes to mix the food evenly.

Pour in the sifted wheat flour of the highest grade, pour in vegetable oil: olive, sunflower or corn, but odorless. Whisk again and set the container with the dough aside for 20 minutes to activate the gluten.

Preheat a skillet on the stove with medium heat. Grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil or a piece of bacon for the first time and pour in a serving of pancake dough. Round it up by rotating the pan in your hands.

Bake the pancake for about 1 minute, then flip it over with a silicone spatula and simmer again for about 1 minute. It is advisable to turn it over when the edges are slightly dry so that it does not break in the middle.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate. If desired, they can be greased with butter or a piece of bacon. Then fold them in four and serve along with hot aromatic drinks or sweet preserves: jam, jam, confiture.
