Lavash rolls are very nutritious, tasty and useful as a snack, as well as a light afternoon snack or second breakfast. Children love these rolls very much, as they resemble shawarma. But, unlike her or other fast foods, our rolls contain only fresh herbs, vegetables and fried chicken fillet - no hot spices in the form of Korean carrots. The only ingredient that is not useful here is mayonnaise, and then there is not much of it, and it is needed for juiciness.

Ingredients:
Lavash - 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Paprika - 1 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp l.
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Lettuce leaves to taste
Salt - 1 pc.
Step by step recipe:
We prepare the necessary products according to the list. We wash vegetables and herbs.
Vegetables are interchangeable; for example, you can replace something or add some more. Mayonnaise can be replaced with cheese sauce for pasta or ketchup.
We wash the chicken fillet under running water, dry it with a napkin. Cut the meat into narrow and long strips of the same width.
Sprinkle the fillets with salt and paprika, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the bell peppers. We cut it, clear it of seeds. Cut it into long strips, if possible.
Heat the vegetable oil, put the chicken fillet in the pan. Fry it over high heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Then we reduce the heat to the minimum, cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes. Put the finished fillet on a plate.
Fry the strips of pepper in the same pan. Then we also transfer it to a plate.
Cut the cucumber into long strips 0.5 centimeters thick.
Three peeled carrots on a Korean vegetable grater. Sprinkle the shavings a little with salt and mix.
We cut each lavash into three parts. Put lettuce leaves, a little mayonnaise on the edge of each. Sprinkle with grated garlic if desired.
Next, place the fried strips of chicken fillet and sweet pepper.
Then - straws of cucumber and carrots. Tuck the bottom of the pita bread, covering the filling.
We wrap the rolls in such a way that the upper part remains open.
Serve lavash rolls with chicken, lettuce and vegetables immediately after cooking.
