The most affordable smoked meat product today is chicken, namely chicken legs or quarters. From them we will prepare a delicious and aromatic winter soup.

Ingredients:
Smoked chicken leg - 400 g
Potatoes - 400 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Green onions - 2 pcs.
Petiole celery - 30 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Zucchini - 80 g
Buckwheat - 80 g
Fresh greens - 10 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Water - 1.5 l
How to cook:
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the smoked chicken soup. Peel the onions, garlic, carrots and potatoes, wash under running water along with herbs and other vegetables.
Boil 1.5 liters of water in a 2 liter saucepan. Load chopped onion into it, let it simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken leg, separate the meat from the bones. Cut it into small cubes and send it to the pan along with the seeds. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Chop celery, carrots and potatoes as you like. Transfer everything to a saucepan. As soon as the water boils, remove the foam and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Then add finely chopped zucchini, coarsely grated tomato without skin into the pan. Add washed buckwheat immediately. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
Add chopped green onions and crushed garlic cloves last, season with salt and pepper. Keep the soup on low heat for another minute, turn off the stove. Add finely chopped dill.
Cover the pan with a lid, let the dish brew for 5-7 minutes before serving, during which time buckwheat will come and all the tastes will mix.
Catch and discard the seeds, and pour the prepared soup into portions and serve with fresh white or gray bread.
