Hello honest people. Today on the agenda is a bright representative of its kind, a salad that I have known since school - "Sunflower";) In its classic version there is mayonnaise, which I replaced with homemade yogurt. In this form, I like it more than the usual variation. So, people who have not yet come across this salad, I suggest you familiarize yourself - everything is simple here.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet -350g
Eggs - 3pcs
Champignons - 300g
Pitted olives - 150g
Sated firm - 150g
Yogurt - 100ml
Paprika - to taste
Black pepper and salt to taste
Crisps
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Prepare food. Hard boil the eggs (7-8 minutes). Wash and dry the mushrooms.
Grate chicken fillet with salt, pepper and paprika.
Fry on a grill or a regular frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side, and then bring to readiness in the oven at 180 ° C, for 8-10 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms along the profile or smaller if large ones are caught.
Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan until golden brown. If desired, mushrooms can be taken ready-made, canned.
Cut the rosy chicken fillet into cubes.
Cut the olives into 4 pieces.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the first ones on a coarse grater.
Grate cheese too.
Do the same with the yolks.
Put the chicken in one layer in a salad dish. Season with yogurt, salt and pepper on top.
Next, distribute the fried mushrooms.
And then - proteins. They can also be slightly salted. Brush with yogurt on top.
Now it's the cheese turn.
The last layer is the yolks.
Next, carefully (or not very much, if the soul desires chaos) place olives, symbolizing seeds in this simple dish.
The only thing left to do is to place the chips that play the role of petals. Best of all, as practice shows, it is "Pringles" that work here. They are beautiful and perfectly shaped.
"Sunflower" salad with chips and chicken is ready.

Conclusions: well, what can you say, here, as in the case with the salad "Capercaillie's Nest", it is difficult for me to understand the combination of salad with the chips themselves. Rather, they fit simply like a decorative element.
I personally like the "Sunflower". I love these combinations of meat, mushrooms, cheese and olives. Well, the boring mayonnaise is well replaced here with yogurt. If you suddenly think that the salad may turn out dry, you can use more of it.
Canned pineapple or fresh diced cucumber can be added as an experiment. Both products can bring freshness and originality.
In general, I cook such a salad periodically, in one variation or another, without using chips.
